Ms. Slaughter has appeared in both state and federal court and is an experienced litigator, having successfully tried employment related matters, including sexual harassment and religious discrimination cases. Ms. Slaughter is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, having assisted many clients in obtaining favorable resolutions to employment disputes through mediation and direct settlement negotiations.

Ms. Slaughter is admitted to practice in all state courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. Ms. Slaughter is an active member with the American Bar Association and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
